Nonprofit work isn’t something I “also do.” It’s the foundation of how I think, lead, and build.

My work in the nonprofit space began early—long before it became professional. In middle school, I joined the board of a nonprofit focused on advancing education for women and girls. What started as awareness-building quickly evolved into fundraising, event coordination, and donor outreach. By the time I reached high school, I was leading community engagement initiatives across my entire school (grades 7–12), organizing campaigns, mobilizing peers, and building systems that actually raised money and participation—not just attention.

That early experience shaped everything that followed. I learned quickly that passion alone doesn’t move missions forward—structure, storytelling, and execution do.

Since then, I’ve worked hands-on with a wide range of nonprofits, including:

Across all of these organizations, my role has been consistent: step in, assess what’s broken or inefficient, and help build something stronger, clearer, and more sustainable.

Nonprofits don’t need more ideas. They need people who can operationalize compassion. That’s where I do my best work.

Operations

I specialize in bringing order, clarity, and scalability to mission-driven organizations.

Nonprofits are often stretched thin—understaffed, underfunded, and overextended. I help solve that by building operational systems that allow teams to focus on impact instead of constant firefighting.

My operations work includes:

  • Designing and streamlining internal workflows

  • Building sustainable processes for small, high-impact teams

  • Supporting leadership with organizational structure and decision-making frameworks

  • Improving day-to-day execution so programs can grow without burning people out

  • Bridging the gap between mission and logistics—making sure the “how” supports the “why”

I’m particularly effective in organizations that are growing, pivoting, or professionalizing their operations for the first time. I understand nonprofit constraints, donor expectations, and the realities of limited resources—and I build systems that work within those realities.

Marketing & Growth

I help nonprofits tell their story in a way that drives real action.

Marketing in the nonprofit world isn’t about going viral—it’s about building trust, urgency, and long-term support. I focus on creating clear, emotionally resonant messaging that converts awareness into donations, volunteers, and advocacy.

My marketing work includes:

  • Developing authentic storytelling that centers dignity and impact

  • Building donor-focused messaging that inspires long-term engagement

  • Managing and growing social media and digital presence

  • Creating campaigns that align fundraising goals with mission outcomes

  • Helping organizations articulate their value clearly to donors, partners, and the public

I’m especially skilled at translating complex or emotionally heavy missions into messaging that is accessible, compelling, and respectful—without oversimplifying the work or exploiting the story.
